Author Guidelines

The title should be in upper case, specific and concise. It should capture the essence of the manuscript and attract the reader's attention.

It should contain author names followed by Department, University or Organization, City, and Country of the author(s), along with their email address. The corresponding author must provide complete affiliation and postal address with contact details.

The abstract should be clear and concise to convey the manuscript in advance along with the significance of the work. It should include the background, results outline, and the importance of the findings while staying within 300 words maximum.

Authors must provide 3-5 keywords separated by semicolons. Keywords should be relevant to the manuscript content and aid in indexing.

A list of all abbreviations used in the manuscript should be provided. Format: Terminology followed by expansion.

The introduction should provide a transparent study statement, relevant literature, and planned approach. It should establish context and engage broad scientific audiences by drawing interest to the subject.

The materials section requires detailed descriptions. Methods must contain sufficient details so that all procedures can be replicated by other researchers. Potential subsections may be included for multiple methodologies.

The results section should describe the outcomes and findings of an article (research, case study, review etc.). Content should be clear, concise, and ordered consistently with the introduction structure. Visual aids such as tables and figures should be used where appropriate.

The discussion should illustrate the importance of the results, study strengths and limitations, and implications with future research directions. It should relate the findings to existing literature and highlight the contribution of the work.

The conclusions section provides closure to the article. It should summarize the key findings and their significance without introducing new data or arguments.

Acknowledgments can include funding sources, grants, and contributor details. All individuals or organizations that contributed to the work but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged here.

References are listed and numbered in the order that they appear in the text using the numbered citation-sequence method.

Format: Authors (Year) Title. Journal name Volume number: page number. doi.

• For more than 5 authors, list the first 5 followed by "et al."
• Include online links, preferably PubMed links
• Only include published or accepted works
• References should be accurate and complete

• Submit in .doc format, double-spaced
• Each table on a separate page
• Numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
• Include descriptive legends
• Tables should not duplicate data shown graphically in figures

Accepted formats: PNG, TIFF, or JPEG with the following resolutions:

• Line Art: 800 dpi
• Combination (line/halftone): 600 dpi
• Halftone: 300 dpi

Figure legends should be titled, descriptive, and placed on a separate sheet. Figures are numbered sequentially in the order they are cited in the text.

Equations should be submitted as EPS or TIFF discrete files with consistent, legible fonts. Ensure all mathematical symbols and variables are clearly defined.

Submit supplementary materials as a single PDF file when possible. Figures or images should be a maximum size of 640 x 480 pixels (9 x 6.8 inches at 72 pixels per inch).
